how do i take off side skirts and rear spoiler

ive taken off my teggy side skirts a bunch of time so im assuming my wagons side skirts are the same except with some srews on top the the skirts to take out also. i also want to take off the part on top the of the hatch that is black i dont know what to call this part but its where u would mount a spoiler so i called it that in the title. im taking these off to paint them with some bumper black paint. today i did my mirrors and the large plastic center piece between the taillights that holds the license plate which BTW makes them look a million times better since tomarrow is my day off im going to paint the moldings, side skirts, wiper arms, wiper cowl, spoiler, and the black portion of my rear bumper. i also just put some kyb strus with H&R springs so so as soon as all the paint touch ups are done ill post some new pix up.

There is a bunch of those goofy plastic screws along the top and the bottom for the side skirts, and then two or three regular screws at the front.

For the hatch, pop off the top plastic by the window, take off the third brake light, then there is 3 10MM bolts holding it on. It has some hooks on it so you'll have to pull it at and angle.

the pix dont realy do it justice the difference is awsome ive wanted to do this for months now. i only got one side dont today before work so tomarrow i will do the other side. oh ya check out the mirror its blingin a lot better now as well. im crossing my fingers that my amber stained glass paint shows up tomarrow along with my clear bumper lights so i can spray them tomarrow evening. im thinking when i re-mount the inter cooler back farther and get a new front bumper that i am going to paint my cars bumpers black and everything from the modlings down black as well i cant remember who else it was that did this but it looked good and the more i look at my car the more i like it.

Did you actually remove all those parts to paint them?

I don't think it looked "nasty" and "old" before, but it does look really nice with fresh black paint.

    thumbs up for you! 8)
