Ok guys, I know it's not a wagon..
But "I want to say something, I'm just going to put it out there. If you like it, you can take it. If you don't, you can send it right back." - Ron Burgundy
long story short, I pretty much hate all other forums, besides this one.
and I felt like this car is quickly becoming build thread worthy, sooo....
It's a 1991 HONDA CRX Si full restoration. Anyways I like getting straight to pictures.
Here it is right after I got it.
and here it is today.

Car had been hit once before, thats where the rust came from.
Guess an old school body man must have done the previous repair... It was braze welded?
After shaping the taillight bucket and body work.
Taillight fits well.
buzzed the seam sealer off before primer.
After primer and a scuff.
Taped and sanded, ready for paint.
Painted.
Good to see some CRX love!
I'm hoping that the attention that I give this car will go a long way.
This car is from up in the mountains of Tennessee, hence the rust.
But what you describe is how it was when I lived in LA, Cali. Out there you can get rust free CRX's for about $500 US.
Loved that, got used to it. and shouldn't have.
Because it is definitely not the same scenario now that I have moved to the SouthEast US.
I guess I better just be thankful I'm not up North.
Thanks everyone! Got lots of work done lately.
And the taillight bucket and quarter panel w/ primer. Blocked.
Also deleted the rear quarter/ sunroof/ pillar drain. RUST!
Ended up making new drain system for increased flow!
I think that I am going to be very satisfied with the final quarter repair. READY FOR PAINT!!
Blocked.
Had to beat on them for a few minutes. really was not easy, didn't take a picture of the damage before.
Got them into Primer.
Did a '91 CRX door- mounted seat belt delete, and shaved the jambs.
this seems to be headed in the right direction!!
Many thanks guys. the car is going completely stock/ resto. under the hood. W/ a very mildly built D16A6 w/ all Honda part #'s.
Just runnin' intake and exhaust for now.
