I honestly can't decide. I might get some coilovers and lower it for a while but I'm really looking to lift it. I need morty to finish those spacers and sell me some lol If I can score a deal on some godspeeds or something I will get coils. I need wheels as well. Maybe I will get some wheels for my birthday (nothing fancy, this is my dd after all.) Decisions, decisions..........

And thanks for the compliment man!

Sorry didn't see this post, I have one. I'm just rocking the quirky block off for a while.
  • And the wagon is finally back on the road, it goes AND stops now. LOL
  • da9broda9bro Wagonist
dude I can get you FF type 1's for 550 shipped. ill put you in touch with my friend's company and he'll hook you up
  • Maybe for Christmas haha Not now. I need to finish off my prelude and start saving for my graduation present to myself. (NSX ;))

Oh and one of my axles is slinging grease like no tomorrow. Trying to decide if I should replace it or maybe both fronts.
  • da9broda9bro Wagonist
haha gotcha. funny you should say that, cause I was looking into maybe financing an NSX when I graduate. or an s2k.
  • Yah I'm trying to have the cash for one as soon as I get out. I will pay outright, screw owing money.
  • Has anybody purchased these? I'm thinking of ordering a set to replace my banged up rt4wd steelies. I mean look at the price!!!

  • Nevermind, it appears they are just factory wheels. Good resource for the wagon guys huh?
  • There is officially a hole in the wagons block. LOL

The wagon started struggling up a long hill then started to overheat. It started to slow down and I just wanted it to get to the next exit and poof. Smoke out from under the hood, pulled over, popped the hood, grabbed a water bottle and put out the fire that started. Interesting experience to say the least. I was expecting it soon but not that soon.
  • Decided I'm going to be swapping in a dohc zc to replace the motor. I'll pull the motor this summer and swap in the new one next summer. Just ordered the distributor adapter from rywire.

Rywire reppin! Good luck on the swap!
  • Thanks man! And on a related note rywire is great!
  • knottyyknottyy Wagonist
Dang man, that stinks. So no wagon till next summer?? I was hoping to see you at Forum Fest cause I saw a picture of your wagon on the FB bonus pics page. Good luck on the swap, I'll be tuned in for the show.
  • Thanks man, I was at forum fest and I saw all of your cars. They wouldn't let me leave early so I had to pay for parking. I was only there during the horrible rain. haha
  • knottyyknottyy Wagonist
Ah man you should have come over and said hi! I was so out of it though and in serious lazy mode. I even passed out in my car for like an hour.

Nice wagon man, Sucks she gave out on ya like that love that cargo basket you have. :)
  • CharbCharb Administrator
You're gonna wait over a year to swap in the new motor?

Curious, how much did the distributor adapter cost you? It's remarkably easy to re-pin.

Thanks man, the basket cost me more than the car! lol

The adapter harness was $35. And it will be less than a year but I am forced to do it because I don't have the money or time to deal with it now and I will be in school starting mid August, over 300 miles from the car......
  • jessedmjessedm New Wagonist
Its super easy bro, More money towards that zc swap. :)
