Body kit, Bumpers, sideskirts, hood and roof scoop??

I have only seen a fiew people who put a bumper kit on there wagon but i never seen it compleat with a side skirt. :?

Are there full body kits for the wagon and or a sedan (if that work with a wagon?)

Or will i have to buy the front and rear bumber seperate and look for a sedan skirt?

Are there roof and hood scoops for the 88-91 civic of is that a homemade project?

there used to be body kits for wagons, but they didn't make it far from Japan (if they got out at all), and i doubt you'd be able to find any now.

as for bonnet/roof scoops, custom/fabricated is the only way you're going to get them. not sure i'd bother.

there are no full body kits that will work with a wagon. as jhota mentioned, there was a company long ago that made kits for the wagon, but no luck anymore. the kits you see now are all for the civic hatch/crx, all retro-fitted to fit the wagon. if you look closely, you'll see why you have to mod the kit to fit.

one veteran member (clsmooth) had the idea of kits longgggg ago on the old board.
for the front: the typical hatch/crx front, modded to fit.
side-skirts: 90-93 integra sideskirts, cut to fit correctly. he mentioned they fit almost perfect, except for the 1" extra length.
rear: 90-93 integra rear lip, again modded to fit the wagon rear bumper. he decided on this because he couldnt find anything that would look nice on the wagon, also this lip would add a noticeable 4" on the rear. again, its just an extra inches in length, but cutting will fix that. also, JDMshuttle used a front lip from an '89 integra for the rear. he just cut the section out for the muffler.

but before he could go about this, his ZC block cracked, and other problems came up, forcing him to move on from the wagon. so this project never happened.

hoods are wagon specific. it will have to be a homemade project if you want a different hood. one member (cant remember who) actually found a ZC hood, and cut the hump out, then fitted it onto the wagon bumper. or you would join that CF hood pool that's been waiting forever......

So why do people put huge wings on fwd cars? All it does it add weight and look goofy. (I don't mind mid-wings on wagons) But, is it really nescecary?

on NJ's wagon it looks fly. it has to be tasteful. everything on his wagon runs together, so it all looks nice. but when its all thrown together, it looks nasty. but everyone has their own preference

dude, you've got ONE picture up. and you didnt even post it, Akira did. post up some more pictures so you can get props for it. you cant flaunt one picture, get more pics. make your own thread in Member's Rides too.

and pick a name you want, so the other can get deleted. no use in having two names, is there?

he hasnt shown up in a while. and if he has, he hasnt posted for a while. i think after the Si-trim debate he got scared away

well if you're still out there, make your own thread in the User Section and post up some pics of your ride, not just that one. we'd love to see how you got all those to fit (i.e. body kit, side skirts, and wing).

dont be scared of us...we dont bite

Not toally true, most FACTORY wings on FWD cars are functional, like the RSX and the new Civic Si, they add stabilty at speed. However big aftermarket wings generally just add more weight to the rear end.

    Is it Nessasary? No.

As for me, Im not a wing fan myself eaither, but FWD cars DO have functional wings avalible, contrary to popular thought.
