B18a1 in ef

I have a 91 civic si that i swaped a b18a1 in. on the intake manifold there are 2 circle looking things with vacumm lines that run to my intake hose.i did research and found one was a idler control valve? im wanting to put a cold air intake on my car but my intake has no holes for those vacumm lines to hook up to. can i just delete the valve thing and the other similar looking thing to the left of it? Please help

    One of those hoses conected to the intake tube will typically have a one way valve and be connected to the valve cover to create a low pressure outlet for the pcv system and the other should be an atmosperic vent for iacv. If I remember correctly. Both do fine just left open to the atmosphere. Hope that helps.

    the one off your vc is a vent you can get a small filter for it to keep out the dust/dirt. the other should be plugged or put a filter on it aswell. but connecting them to the intake tube would be ideal.
