My blue 4WD with D16T / how ef9 bumper install?

Hello,some guys see my car in the "new user corner" my englisch is ´n well but i try to do my best! if you have questions or opinions please write it in clear simple words-that would be great because it´s a long time ago when i had my last englisch lesson in school

this is the condition when i bought the car-(without engine)
today i work a little bit on my wagovan (put the engine out of my sedan etc.)
overpaint the ugly red colour in the engine room
then i have a big question- i put this thing out of his old place on top of the oem traction bar-and put it behind the headlight...could this have problems? or is it indifferent whatever where the place of this thing is? must be something for the 4wd? i dont know always drive front wheel hondas since 11 years!
an please could anybody make me "free" here? i always must wait till i see what i have written.. and sometimes is time money and a fast answer could save me time and grey hairs
do you understand what i mean? thanks to be here in this forum with a lot of wonderfull cars and maybe people

It almost looks like the alb mechanism that is on my rhd rack assembly
@alluvial thank´s i dont paint it so but thats the main reason why i bought it
When ALB braking is used the ecu will send power to the clutch in the diff and disengage it.
If your ALB is NOT working you WILL have 4wd
The other version (intrac) is on the japanese cars only as far as I know.
and the home for the gauges...but i will paint it black with plast dip!
and found my secret storage under the passenger seat
i almost wait till my new turbo header arrived :? so i do only little things around
Is the steering wheel from a Prelude ?
I didn't know these seats, they're from a EE9 ?
today i work on the drivers seat...maybe with a little suprise-we will see
there u see the 2nd case under the red side cutting pliers
dont be sceary there is no motor in it so it comes down a bit when its finished
