Most-needed tools?

I've got a decent set of tools for auto repair. Box end, open end, sockets, etc. I'm moving into smaller digs and will have nowhere to work on cars and don't really need to drag around a couple of heavy tool boxes, so I've decided to just cherry pick a few wrenches out of the sets, for emergency usage, etc., and give the rest to my kid. What would you guys recommend keeping? I don't want more than about a half dozen wrenches. I know I want the box end wrench that fits the oil drain plug. Does anyone know offhand what size it is?
I'll start my list with the 11mm box/open end wrench, it seems to fit a lot of stuff?

If your main objective is to save space and you don't mind buying something new, I love my GearRatchet socket set. It'll fit most places a traditional ratchet handle and socket won't and you don't need deep sockets because the bolt can pass through the middle of the socket just like with a wrench. That, maybe a double box end wrench set and some slip joint pliers should cover most things.
