Looking at a 1990 Civic Wagon, but there's an accident?

Band Wagon
They're wanting $1,600 for it, it only has 93,000 original miles, but it's been a little accident. It bent the radiator support so the hood won't shut right, but it doesn't really look too bad. I'm no mechanic or anything though, how big of a deal is this going to turn out being? Is the bent radiator support a deal breaker?
Thanks,

In the past I have cut a radiator support out of a wreck and welded it into a car with damage (not a wagon). Its only really to support the radiator and headlights so its not structural.
In a wagon the center of the radiator support actually unbolts with 4xbolts. If its the bit that goes over the headlight it will be a panel beating job or cut and replace.
Be sure that there is no creasing in the chassis rails though, this will mean it need to go on a chassis machine to be straightened out
