Transmission Question, and low idle issue

Okay wagoneers, lets get to this....
History:
My wagon(89 5spd) had been sitting for about a year and a half.
The timing belt had slipped and I have just recently removed it from the shop.
New Radiator, New Timing Belt, Water pump, and so on. Also had had the intake manifold cleaned of carbon.
issues i'm facing now:
Low idle....after the car has warmed up my car idles rather low and slightly rough at 700rpm
not completely sure how to correct this...
Transmission....(my e-break has been sticking probably because of being parked for so long..anyway..) I've been parking in 1st to prevent rolling. Well i noticed tonight that when i park in 1st the car slowly starts to slip and roll....is this a sign of my transmission going out?
thanks for reading! any help would be great!!

Transmission: no worries. The slippage is your engine leaking compression. No worries there, either, just don't rely on it for parking.
e- BRAKE: Apply it slightly while rolling to burnish the rust from the drums. Once it's clean it won't stick. Then adjust the rear brakes automatically with a few hard brake applications in reverse. You can tell it's adjusted when your e-BRAKE travel shortens as well.
