Dyno results.

So had some time today to put the wagon on the dyno. I wasnt overly impressed with the results, but I actually guessed what it would put down within 1 hp. That won me the "guess what it will put down before you run it game". My guess was 162 hp.
The beggining results started with 161hp/119tq. After dicking with the AFC we picked up 1 hp and 3 tq to take it to 162hp/122tq on 16" wheels. Not real impressive overall, but I gained almost 8 hp in the midrange and now have a nice smooth transition all throughout the rpm range. HP starts to fall off at 8500rpm which is about where it falls off with my Integra too, which btw makes 176hp/128tq on 18" wheels. Both have real close to the same mods, but the wagon has Crower cams/springs/retainers and the Integra has Jun cams and Portflow springs with Ti retainers. Both cams claim the same specs, the same as Skunk stage 2 cams. Guess this is a good example of the real thing vs a knockoff... The wagon is OBD1 w/P28 chipped for the Skunk stage 2 program and the Integra is still non OBD with a stock ecu. All I really did for the tune was take away a little fuel at 7k+ and add just a little fuel right at vtec crossover (5500).
However I was wondering if the YS1 wS80 internals tranny would yeild a higher hp gain since there is a lot less crap happining inside the tranny vs the CRV tranny. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Another difference I thought of last night after I posted this is exhaust size. The Integra has a 2.25 exhaust and the wagon has a 2.5. I was originally told that the bigger cams needed a 2.5 exhaust to be "most effecient". Maybie my source was wrong??
i'd be happy with 162 hp in a 4wd, n/a, 2300 lb car...
Definatly not unhappy with it, especially knowing the beating this motor took prior to me purchasing it. But the car is prolly closer to 2600lbs. From what Ive read on here the car is 2500 stock. Adding the b-series crap generally adds (also from what Ive read) at least 100lbs. No complaints, just was hoping to be a little closer to Integra is all. Dont get me wrong, I love this little car. I do plan on counterweighing the car here soon. Then Ill have exact numbers as far as weight goes.
As far as the exhaust goes your probably right. The Integra has a 4-1 header and the wagon has a 4-2-1 with a smashed runner (just discovered this when I put it on the dyno, damn lowriders). The rest of the systems are very similar. Both have straight through mufflers roughly the same size, both have resonators, however the wagons is a little longer. And Id say the exhausts are very close as to amount of bends and length.
Ive got a little plan up my sleeve that might turn out to be something very cool, but its hush hush till I find more info to see if I can even pull it off. SOOOOO if anyone can get me a breakdown of the differential for the CRV 5-speed that would get the ball rolling.
