Wow, this is a very clean 3rd gen. How did he get it so low? I ask cuz I know these don't use regular struts and springs like the 4th gens do. I had my 84 crx as low as it could go but it was nowhere near that low.

Custom Bilstien Suspension, huge $$ but the owner works for the NZ distributor of Bilstein and built them himself.

    hey guys,

Im the owner of this little machine, as said previously i build custom bilsteins for this and got some springs made for the rear. i can take it roughly 15mm lower but at this height it works best.

front torsion bars have been re-indexed, the main factor restricting it from going lower is the drive shaft hitting the chassis as seen in one of the pics.

The black wheels are 13x8 basset racing wheels at +0et. My mate who works at a mag and tyre shop suggested them but once test fitted i decided against them. wheel on the cards are axis OG old schools, but i really like the red wheels too.

I made a adjustable panhard rod at work the other day to align the rear end again
also spun up a gear knob for it out of plastic rod, im notorious for stupidly long gear knobs so this time i made it so it splits in two if i get annoyed with always having a long one. i will get pics up of the gear knob i made out of a Bilstein insert body that was 20'' long :P
oh also chucked on this wildcat steering wheel from way back

Looks great, cant roll the guards a bit? I had to roll the front guards on my shuttle as it was rubbing the writing off the tyres just like yours. Bent them up with my Koken Power bar handle and its sweet as
