thanks dudes! im waiting for some parts from online dealership to arrive. my AC bracket hasnt got here yet either. bought a HG today and im HOPING to start this SOON!
ok what happened was..i mounted my wheels/tires last sat. and also ordered the innovative AC mount at a local shop. i get home and the Weight came off one of the rims but i didnt know which one because i saw it after..5 days later i called to see where my bracket was at and they told me it was on back order..im like WTF? and you guys didnt tell me? w/e. i went back to get my money and ordered the bracket somewhere else. also took the rims back over there to get rebalanced and when i got home, the damn weight fell off again..so frustrating.
the estimated delivery for my mount, is May 4/5th. and i hope so cause i need it for the 7th. so while i wait for that
i got my small box of misc things i need the b16 head. a water neck and bolts. + a release bearing spring cause my local store didnt have them anymore. i wanted to make sure that i have that in there so the old worn out part dont break on me later down the road. also got my head gasket.
so with that said.
here i swapped trans. what was it before was a GSR tranny with a cracked case. and since my turbo car goes through the b16 gears quickly i decided to swap the itr flywheel and gsr trans over to the turbo car and i swapped the 8lb flywheel and b16 trans over to the b20 block.
after sitting there and thinking if i wanted to this or not..i went ahead and starting taking things apart so there is not turning back..so it begins. without any of my cousins help anymore. this will be done by myself.
rolled it out to get some actions going in the bay. started with these 2 mother f'er

moebiius: thanks! all that took was half a can of wd-40! haha.had to use it wisely. im about to get some more and get the tighter areas and clean a few other things.

todays progress is f'n dope. the car is finally running! sounds very healthy too!.

also started on the hood tonight and i will buff it out tomorrow.

wyldkardz: haha yea. but im fresh out money now for real for reals. haha. when i had a job i bought 3 cars, 2 ef sedan and the wago. and i still have all 3 cars. with a job, i was doing my built ls vtec turbo. which i still am but now on hold cause..well no $.
Thursday, i got the car running. the update above.
Friday, make sure the car ran fine before i go and get the muffler done. drove it up and down the street a few times and it was good to go. What i did was, i used my 2.5 piping from my turbo sedan and put that on the wagon. i cut it right after the lca cause the box was hitting the sub frame. drove it like that to the muffler shop. got on the lift and notice the car was leaking coolant. didnt think of it cause i fixed a hose before i left the house. thought that was it. driving back home on the freeway, my hood burst in white smoke from the hood. rolled it to the exit was taking and forced drove to autozone over heating. popped my hood to see the neck of the radiator was broken on.. not even enough to just tighten it. they had 1 radiator in stock @ 120.19 total. i was short on money/card. then i checked my autozone card and had money in it! thank god! just enough to get the radiator. brother came over to help me and payed for my coolant. drove home after like a breeze.
with the new muffler on (gutted cat, 2.5 piping, resonator, vibrant box and 3' out the back.) sounds great!
painted the front bumper and buffed under the hood as well.
before i left to the muffler shop.
Moebiius came through and sold me some 4WD rear mud guards cause i really wanted flaps. so i modified these Razor blade, spot putty, trim painted.
Saturday, HS car show. only pix thus far.
heres when i got home. i sat in front of my car and appreciated what it has become. pat on the back
lovin the build, especially the A/C part I live in the desert, haven't had luck finding a wagon of my own but if and when I build one B series w/ A/C is must, good luck on your build

so today, i got the motor in. tomorrow is dpfi>>mpfi>>vtec sub harness>>convert obd1>>get ecu chipped.
here i cleaned the motor as much as i could to get that cast color out.
with 2 jacks i slide the motor under the car and bam!
