integra headrests on '86 wagon seats?

i wanna know if itll work...the guy thats re-covering my seats says it probably won't, but honda has such a good reputation for parts being interchangeable. i would put diff seats in, but i dont have the ability to make custom brackets. besides, the stock seats look pretty cool to me, but the headrests are anemic looking. does anyone know about this??

    I would say your best bet is to go to a wrecker yard and take one of your current headrests in with you, match it up to other cars and see what fits... ;)

    i went to the local acura salvage yard...any year teg is a perfect fit! im pretty sure that goes for any 3rd gen wagon, definitely an '86. might post pics after i buy/install them monday.
