DIY Steelie Restoration, kinda

Band Wagon
So I went to the junk yard today and came across a Wagon that had steelies laying beside it with some beauty rings. I thought it looked neat, so I picked them up thinking of things I could do with them. I tossed the idea around for about.... 10 minutes and then got to work
Pretty easy process:
1000 grit sandpaper
Gold Engine Enamel Paint
Wheel Clear Coat
Chrome Polish
Masking tape
Newspaper
I layed about three coats of paint, and two layers of clear. Pretty happy with how it turned out. I only did one wheel tonight because I ran out of sunlight. I am going to re-polish the rings tomorrow.
Ill update tomorrow with a full picture of the car, THESE PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE.

The beauty rings
And the stuff I used

i want to get a set of these on my 15" steelies, except the tires i have right now on them are way too fat (and i dont have money for different tires.. so for now they sit in the garage lol)
Plllllleease tell me where to get 15in steelies from? I know you can get them from 2001-2002 civics correct?
