well i've only put in a few new pieces and the difference is amazing. below are a few pix of old and new parts as well as a little video to show u my before and after. i think i can get it even tighter but its super cold and i put my new deck in then had to go to work.

u want to buy
69081 #5 bushings u will need 2 of them
82069 #6 the seat the the shifter floats on
82072 #9 bushings u will need 2 of them
69093 #17 square bushing
31168 #18 ball cushion
69101 #27 O-rings u will need 4 of them
6154 #28 cotter pins u will need 2
this looks like to me all that u would ever need to make your shifter as good as new but be sure to look yours over shake it around and whatch all the moving parts to see what is sloppy
