So most of you know Charb1618. Im sure a lot of you have had a thread locked by him, or two, or three. He is one of the two admins on the site. He picked up a wagon a while back and decided to name her Jane. Here is Jane's build thread up until 9am this morning.
Jane's build thread
I flew up to Spokane from Portland at 7am this morning. Charb had Jane's oil changed and then picked me up from the airport.
We took a ride back into Spocompton and met his brother at kinko's to do the paperwork and get copies made. Once all that was done i handed over his cheddah and was on my way. About 30 miles outside of town there was really no snow left. Was just cold as balls outside. I stopped at a rest stop to use the restroom and take a couple of pictures of the wagon before i headed back out on my way home.
Then i continued on my drive home. I made a pitstop at stonehenge war memorial and snapped a few more pictures.
Sticker is finally starting to come up!
Made it home right at six hours of driving. I stopped at multnomah falls well to snap some pix of the iced over falls. I have not edited them yet so no pictures of that. Last but not least I am so cool that i can take pictures of myself on the drive home.
If the weather cooperates tomorrow i'll do a real photo shoot of the car downtown. I plan on continuing Jane's legacy. Charb was trying to turn Jane into a house wife. I plan on turning Jane into a mud whore. She is going to go everywhere and anywhere. Hopefully by the time I am done, Jane will be able to go most places your 4wd truck can go

I am slowin getting into the photography thing. I shoot with a nikon D300s and I only have a 28mm wide angle lens And a 50mm lens.
I plan on bringing Jane into the shop and getting a good detail on her, charb kept her pretty clean on the inside, so that wil be quick. Other than that, all I plan on doing this week is taking her up to my buddy who works for firestone and putting her up on a lift and checkin out everything underneath. Just to make sure everything is squared away and I don't need any immediate replacement parts.
FYI- it's 45* here today lol

Looks like she's cleaner than she's been in a few months. Guessing that's why.
THEN i'll go back and play in the mud.
Lol how many do you see around here? Their not the most common thing in the world.
But glad you got Jane, from what it sounds like she is in good hands.
Nope don't have any anymore (used to have two). The one on "Jane" was mine but after the mad dash to get bullbars made for the wagon (which as always never really materialized) I decided to sell before everybody had them. It was time for a new look anyways.
Glad to see "Jane" getting a little dirty (would we call her a WILF???)
