Interchangeable Parts

I have been researching and there are not alot of parts for the carberated ew1, I have found one headman header and a weber carb setup but thats about all I can find as far as performance parts. I have herd that most d motor parts are interchangeable with each other and the ew1 motor is basically an early d15. Kinda just wondering what parts would bolt to the ew block and or head.

    I can't find any information on interchangeable parts for the ew1 besides that the d16a1 dohc head will fit on it. If it has been covered somewhere, could you post a link or something?
