Project Pretty Bay

Finally getting around to cleaning up my engine bay a little bit.
Engine Harness tuck, fusebox relocated, and battery relocated is all im doing now. Once i get everything functional and running again, then ill start welding up holes and sanding filler in such.

This is the crouded ugly bay that i have to start with!

Here is some pictures of the progress

The head is pulled of my car, and at the machine shop. And i dont even want to talk about the damage found.

But while there is no head on the car, there is alot more room to work!!!

Getting rid of all this crap on the strut tower.

My new pretty tucked wire harness

Un-looming all the wires and pullin them throught.

And now everything is stuffed under my dash... man its tight under there! i still need to run the headlight wire harness under here too...

I pulled the auto seatbelt computer out and cut all the legs of it, made it alot more compact! now i can fit the fuse block behind the center.

Its not pretty, but its functional.

But it all fits behind the cover plate!

And now, you can't even see the stuff!
I just wish i had a running motor in so I could test everything!!

    Nice start. Tucks are fun.

Only done one myself. Wish I would have closed all holes. I just did the wiring.

I want to weld up all of the holes as well, but i just dont have the time for that.
Step at a time tho, step at a time.

Looks like i might be getting a 3 Point Strut bar, and skunk 2 lower tie bar today for some trade work.
    Im stoked!

LS-V is in, and engine harness is installed
Battery is in the trunk, all cables are run,
just havin fun with ground cables right now.
I have one on the tranny, one off the intake manifold, one off the valve cover and Im gonna do 1 on the head.

Any more i should do? With the Battery all the way in the trunk i want to make sure this thing is good and grounded, without running a ground cable all the way.
