Planning on several improvements. Only had it about a month but loving it!

Current mods: New seats, Rain visors, 17's, and of course a CD player.

Mods coming: Full adjustable suspension (just undecided which to use), Strut towers braces, Header, intake, Flip Down TV with Xbox, Rear bucket seats to match the fronts and considering a mid wing. 8)

    gotta admit....it's clean.

the new suspension will make the 17's look better than they already do. what ideas do you have for it? we can help with that decision :D

    welcome to the board!

Not to be an ass, but that won't work unless you find some type of small split bench seat and take out the middle. There is a big rise in the floor for the fuel pump and gas tank.

That car is pretty nice. I don't care much for the ghey baby blue Hondas, but that looks pretty good.

the rear buckets can be done. we had a veteran member from the old board who had rear bucket seats. not sure how he did it, but he got it done.

I'm planning on installing a hitch myself so I can haul my Tomos moped around.

This is how my little 2-wheel beauty looked like in May 2005. I have since painted the front fender red and the Technigas exhaust black.

Well, I guess my main concern is the ride. I'm not interested in a rough bouncy ride but I also want to have the ability to adjust the ride height just where I want it. Stiffer is okay just not to stiff. What do you recommend? Thanks much! E

well since you're talking about adjusting to what you like, coilovers would be the best way to go. you have the ability to adjust corner weights and ride height. depending on what your budget is, you can go a lot of different ways with brands. teins, skunk2, groundcontrol, even a cheap ebay set.

as for the shocks, fully adjustables will let you play with stiffness. again, depending on your budget you could go different ways with this too. tokico illuminas, KYB AGX, koni, monroe, etc....

there are a lot of different set ups you can go with. we're here to help, questions get answered here =)

  • maybe it's the rims, but 17's look too big for that car..otherwise everything else looks good.
