OBD-0 B18a swap Help

So I just swapped my B18a swap into my CRX HF and it's throwing a code 14 and 15...Idle Air Control and Ignition Output Signal. So I swapped out the IACV and replaced the distributor. The code 14 went away but it's still showing the code 15, Ignition Output Signal, and called King Motorsport...they suggested the distributor was bad, had it tested...and it's fine. Any ideas? I may just re-run the harness or purchase a different/better one and see if that does the trick. Please help my build!

  • Check the pins havnt pushed out of any of the plugs (dizzy plugs and where engine loom meets chassis loom)
  • A friend of mine had the same problem and we just swapped out the distributors... Keep us posted when you find out though!

    I had code 15 when I did my swap and a new dizzy took care of that. Good luck.
  • test all your wires going to ecu make sure you got continuity or just barrow a dizzy from a friend and try it out

    SO...finally had the time to work on the little beast. I dropped the tank, placed a 255lph in it, re-ran the wiring harness, installed a new dizzy, and a new main relay. Charged the battery and VROOOM. no cels or anything. The thing is purring like a kitten.
