My version of multi point conversion harness (obd1)
wagonef8
Wagonist
things you will need:
eg harness cause CR-X and civic Si harness are getting dicult to find
small screw driver for de-pining
tape
wire cuters/stripers
1/8 ,1/4 shrink tube I use 3M
start by taking loom off both harness
next de-pining your EG harness you need injector wires
now de-pin yellow/black wire from main injector (on DPI)and pin in the EG yellow/black from injector harness
switch two outside wires on TPS and move over to new spot
now to extend the wire for IAC I use the plug with orange wire shown here its already the perfect lenght and it just has to be de-pin and moved over to where IAC is
for dizzy i used obd1 plug cause i was doing obd1 conversion but you can pin-in the round plug from crx
and now the only wire that gets cut fan switch plug but only the yellow wire if you stay obd0 this is N/A
half done with tape
here is the finished harness looks stock cause thats what I was ask to do by friend
here it shows the six pin connector and the other side that goes to ECU
the gromet is from the drain from the condenser car had no AC so I used the hole to run the wires to ECU
sorry forgot to mention all this is ran to a plug on passenger side and pin-in I used a 6 pin plug I had vtec to wire red and yellow injector wires get pin-in to drivers side plug oil pressure, alternator, and plugs on passenr side of the head stay the same just get a little fresh tape for looks
please feel free to make suggestions or say it sucks
all this takes about two hours but I have been doing these for years the reason I do it this way is to avoid cutting and splicing wire so far only one cut wire
here is my favorite write up on dpi for reference use it to finish wiring inside I leave C1 and C2 alone and run wires to B10 and B12 just swap them at the Dizzy or shock tower plug
