Problems after swap

Recent swap of a d16z6 into an 88 auto wagon. Maintained all amenaties such as ac and ps
My fuel milage seams terrible and there is a strange bogging or stuttering on acceleration. Car also gets an occational rough idle. Plugs, cap and rotor are all new, I've cleaned the IACV, throttle body and the Fitv. no CELs at all.

Any ideas?

    I had problems with the igniter inside the distributor. It didn't really bog down, but stuttered and skipped a few beats during acceleration. Eventually, the igniter totally died. But this wouldn't explain the increased fuel mileage.

    Try checking the fuel regulator. Pull off the vacuum line and see if there is gas in the hose (means the diaphragm ruptured).

    Ill check the dizzy parts. Getting worse daily.
