new brakes!

when we first bought the car, we didnt touch the brakes. maybe resurfaced the rears, but we didnt touch the front rotors. well after driving on the freeway, i started to hear a metal-metal grinding noise. sure enough, the pads had worn down and was rubbing against the rotors. time to change my brakes!!
nothing big, but a little bit more stopping power. and it looks a lot better. my dad used Carbon Metallic on his race car (some of you might remember) so these brakes stopped a lot better.

my last set of front brakes were Brembo rotors and Hawk HT 10 pads.
looked just like your set-up, stops like tossing out an anchor. after the pads heat up, anyway.
I got DBA rotors and EBC greenstuff pads. I will never ever recommend EBC pads to anyone again - they say low brake dust and OK braking from cold but thats a load of crap.
The DBA rotors rock though.
finally, i got a power drill and drilled a hole right into the head and it came out quick style..then i went and got some new screws cuz i knew i wasn't gonna be able to use those anymore.
i believe the 4wd rotor is slightly larger..not by much but slightly. (similar to the Ex & Si ef's)
the pads should be the same.
