Socal Noobie Build

What's up guys I think this is my first post but I've been lurking the forum for a while. After about 2 weeks of checking on craigslist daily and hourly I found an 89 civic wagon with a blown zc about 30 minutes from my house posted for sale and took off on my lunch break to check it out.
Pros: metallic gray, current tags, no dmv fees, 91 si 5 speed tranny, stage 2 clutch, MPFI convererted, brand new tires and a motivated seller.
Cons: PS fender needs work, rear qp needs a little work too, trunk struts are messed up (I hear these are kinda hard to get replace properly, torn seat DS, oxidation on hood, blown ZC, dead battery, rear PS door panels needs to be replaced.
I am going to DD this beauty so I am going to build my wagon with reliability as the most important factor but still want my sohc to move. I gonna try to keep the cost to a minimum. So I will be using OEM and craigslist deals to build my wagon. Oh yeah I'm gonna have my fiancee's lil bro Mario (13) help me in every step of the build. I think he'll really enjoy it.
Plans for the THRUSTER will be:
Body work and respray
PS fenders replaced
EF9 front bumper
Amber side markers
Rear PS door panel replaced
Fix DS window it might be off its slider
Sparco Sprint seat DS only
ZC engine replaced
Hondata intake manifold gasket
Y8 intake manifold
B-series TB 64mm
DC headers
AEM CAI
NGK plugs
NGK cables
Custom 2.5" exhaust to a slanted 5zigen fireball exhaust
coilovers
Struts
BLOX LCA's
BMW bottlecaps (black faces with polished lips)
ARP extended studs
Buddy Club open ended lug nuts
EF hatch wing
DA maplight
Optional console
Arm rest
I have already started to get alot of my parts together.
Any input or constructive criticism will be appreciated. I am picking up the wagon on Sunday thats when I will post pics.

I will take pics tomorrow after I get home from work cuz I'm too tired to do anything right now. I've worked 35 hours in the last 3 days and I'm done....
To be continued.....
Thanks. I hoping to have pics up soon. My GF let her lil sis borrow my camera and that this is MIA now. Maybe today is the day hopefully no rain and some sunshine in beautiful Southern California.
Thanks guys. I've been super busy but Sunday is my birthday so I'm gonna take the whole day off and take some pics of the wagon. I'm gonna have brunch with my fiancee and then make some time for the wagon. I've been on the hunt for parts and thinking of the next thing to do to my wagon. I just found an importer in Hollywood that just got a new container with zc longblocks for $425.00 and its only like 40 minutes away. I also just picked up some NRG coilovers for the wagon this morning $50.00 off of craigslist. I'm gonna order a PasswordJDM intake manifold gasket instead of a hondata one for my zc $39.99 with free shipping. Does anyone run these on their engine? Pics will be up by tomorrow for sure. Thanks for the positive words.
i'm not gonna wait for pics...
So now on to the pics of my pride and joy.
Had I found this wagon before the end of February I would have not sold my MR5's and I would be riding nice on these mofo's.
Noticed your steering showing signs of it's age. I've got a spare one if your interested in a replacement for that one...
