Those are BBS LM's, and you're right, they're expensive. However, I'm pretty sure there are some less expensive knock offs out there.

Just hit up a junk yard and get a set of BMW "bottle cap" wheels. They fit Civics and they look very much like those BBS LMs. Nice thing is you can get them for cheap. They sell for $200-$400.
