Washer fluid pump question

my washer fluid pump in the front is shot, but the rear pump works.
can i just switch them, seeing that i dont have a rear wiper and dont
use the pump. also how hard is it to get to the pump. do i go into the
fender or under the hood

    Easiest if you remove the front bumper. Otherwise, you can get to it through the left front wheelwell if you pull the inner liner. You'll need to move the plastic water line from one pump to the other and change around the wiring. You might be able to actually pull the pump out and move it over. I think it just clips in and seats in a large o-ring in the bottom of the reservoir. Be prepared for the full contents of your washer bottle to spill all over the floor.

    are the pumps and the wiring to the pumps the same.
    (front pump and rear pump.)
