I found another wagon for sale

Hey guys, its me again.
I found another blue wagon for sale near my area.
Its a turbo LS wagon making 300whp, now here is the problem, NO AC and NO PS.
He only wants $4000, but I was just wondering if you guys think this is a good deal or not?
I has a bit of rust on the rear finder wells.

    4 grand for that? Hell no. The car's too rough. Maybe if there is a lot of engine work, and it's all fresh... and/or there is some really expensive (and fresh) suspension parts... need more details.

    He said that the LS was just rebuilt with right before he boosted.
    It says on his FOR SALE posting:
    Fully rebuilt 93 ls motor does not burn knock or leak, car is converted to obd1, ramhorn turbo mani, t3t4 .50 trim turbo, rc 550 injectors, walbro 255, tuned at 8 pounds beast mode.
    brand new skunk2 pro s coilovers, 3 piece strut bar kit (engine bay, rear struts and c pillar) 10k hids, etd traction bar, greddy turbo timer, greddy electronic boost controller, autometer pro comp boost gauge, alpine deck with ipod hook up, alpine type s 12' sub in pro box and alpine vpower amp.
    body is ok considering its a 19 year old car, small rust on rear wheel wells but nothing big, misc dings, mint interior!!!
    thats all i can think of right now if you need to know more text me.
    keep in mind everything on this car was bought brand new only a month old. everything is new except the intercooler piping but thats nothing.
    no ac or powersteering or heater car is wire tucked!!

    That dosent mean shit. Look at the car.

    We have a saying in the restaurant business.... the kitchen is as clean as the bathroom... catch my drift?

    Basically, you could build a better/cleaner car for $4k!

    I'd like to add: not saying it's not worth buying. Cuz I've definately seen cars in much worse shape. But $4k is crazy

    Its a RT-4wd with a knocking d16 (not a problem have d16 blocks), has i think 200k miles
    only rust is the bit on the firewall.
    NO sportmax with sale.

    HELL yes! $800 for a working, practically rust-free, customized Wagon? I wish I had the money.
