What goes in this blanking plate?

Only thing I can think of is dash dimmer switch, but the CRX one I have is a different shape.. or are shuttle ones different?

On my Shuttle the dimmer was on the other side.

Had, '90 EF5 Shuttle RTi INTRAC, it got stolen.
