wagon's brakes keep locking up when car is warm

ok here we go.....replaced master cylinder power booster both front calipers pads rotors both wheel cylinders shoes springs everything except the lines going to each wheel and the prop valve.....everytime the car warms up the front brakes clamp down like the fluid is expanding but if i let the car cool off for a couple hours its fine till it warms back up.....ive bled and bled and bled and im out of ideas so anything will help.....thanks in advance

    Sure you have the right booster? Have heard of this when using the incorrect booster on a car.

    The 1 way valve on the vacuum line between the intake manifold and the master is backwards.

    i bought the correct booster and i never took the check vavle off so it didn't get turned around.........

    Maybe you should replace it. They do go bad. Mine had problems when I replaced everything also. Cheap to replace and seeing as how you replaced everything else replace that and at least you can rule that out.

    If Jaker is right it can't hurt to turn it around and try it out.

    Try this before you go any further.

    Under the dash, adjust the brake pedal switch a little more loose.
    Soimetimes after replacing master cylinder or booster, the pedal needs to be adjusted.
    there is a method for doing this but it is alot easier to loosen the locknut on the brakelight switch and back it off a little.

    yup, i've played with that adjustment nut before and it can easily cause what you are describing.

    well adjusted the brake light switch and hasn't messed up since so we'll see
