Prelude seats

I have Prelude seats can I use this on my 91 wagon. The prelude seats have no rails. I was thinking of transferring the wagon rails.

    I don't think it's been done-at least not on this forum- but anything is possible. Flip both seats upside down and start fabricating :D

    After looking at the original seat it seems like I will have problems mounting the automatic seat belt. Is it worth it?

    hmmm. Maybe not, unless you convert to manual belts. Above all with seats and belts, BE SAFE! If you modify, err on the side of overkill.

    i had 91 prelude seats in my wagon. i hand to custom fab all the rails.. preludes are a bit wide too it was just about scratching my door panel. the comfort is there but the space is not.
    i would trade them off for goo integra seats or accord seats with the lower lumbar in the drivers side.

    Did the USDM wagon not get adjustable lumbar support in the drivers seat?

    Our USDM's are DX trim levels, so we get nothing. No power goodies, no lumbar adjustments, no cargo area cubbies with cargo shelf. It kinda is a bummer they skimped over here. We have those dandy motor mice seatbelts though!

    There have been two wagons on this board with 91-92 Si prelude seats, but no one has posted a how-to.

    I don't know if you still wanted the prelude seats in your wagon but what you need to do is a seat pan swap. Take all the fabric, clips, foam off the wagon seat pan w/ rails attached. Do the same to the preludes and then put the foam, fabric onto the wagon pan.
