very general questions!

hey guys you all seem like very nice guys on this forum.
well heres the deal. My grandpa has an EE wagon that he will GIVE me. its a 5 speed and its 4wd. not sure what model it is, i will check it out. It is rusted to the max, it has plants growing in it. hahah.
but ok down to these questions.

1.what motor do these things come with stock?
2. mini me's? possible/worth it? i read some threads on it already. just trying to get more info.
3.the trans, is it strong? how much power could it handle.
4. is their any problems with "slamming" it? clearance? driveline issues?
5. could i make this thing quick enough to beat some sohc-v hatches? with a turbo kit?
6. what obd is it? obd0? ahh?

im a toyota guy so sorry for all the questions. ive had 2 EF hatches and love them! so hope this thing can perform to the standards of those. thanks guuys!

    thanks man really appreciate it, uhh i dont know the year but i plan on picking it up this week.
    its a d16a6? isnt that an si motor? if it is an a6 ill just make it sohc turbo no need vtec. but will post pics thanks!
  • The Civic Si (89-91), Civic EX 4-dr (90-91) and the RT4WD (88-91) all used the D16A6.
