switches or buttons are avail for the 91 wagons

hey guys i am looking for pics of all the types of switches that would fit into our blank spots.

i am doing a project that needs a button or a switch to just turn on and off. i dont want to put an ugly aftermarket one in there. so i dont know what was available to start searching.
(i have the brown inerior, if that matters)

    i dont think this will work because i need a switch that will stay in either on or off positions.

    You could try picking up a mil spec toggle switch.

    This is the one I am using for the fogs I am going to install. Just pop out the filler panel drill a hole big enough for the switch then bolt it on. The cover is optional, and can be painted.

    You could use a cruise control or rear defrost.. easily available, then get your self a latching relay (PAC-Audio-TR-7) or build one http://www.the12volt.com/relays/page5.asp#lsp I used a cruise control and relabled it for my rear fogs :)

    i have a sunroof switch i use for my rear horn, but its not "on-off" its just push to turn "on"
    88-89 dimmer switch fits in the lower holes as well.. but again, prolly not on-off.

    honestly, i dont really know any such switches, USDM defroster isnt a true on-off switch, however the EDM (JDM too?) switch IS, meaning when you depress it it stays depressed unlike the USDM one.
    same with rear fog switch. 88-89 will fit in the lower holes as well.

    im not familiar with the specs on those buttons. please explain more why i need to a latching relay?

    You stated you wanted a On and Off button, the cruise and rear defrost *when not used in the original application* are momentary (only stays activated when you hold it on) So building a "latching relay" or using the TR-7 will turn the oem switch into a on and off switch (press it once to turn on, press it again to turn off)

    you sure about the cruise switch? i have one here from and it stays depressed when pushed in (on). then pops back out when pressed again (off)

    I thought of that afterwards.. I'm thinking of a newer honda with a momentary cruise.. :lol:

    i have an ek foglight switch....it does pop in ...but leaves a gap on bottom or top dependin on how u have it ....ill try to take a pic and post it up....i couldnt find any factory ones either....i have seen some heated seat switches dont know if thats ligit but the were pricey...

    oh ok, i see what your saying.

    well, i would like to keep it simple. then i would be more interested in a switch that can be as an on / off built in rather then go an extra step.

    Why not just use a rear defrost or foglight switch? Both are simple on/off and fit into the panels provided.

    will they fit on the lower left area? i have the rear defrost used up on the top. the only open spots are the lower left.

    88-89 foglight switch will fit in the lower portion.
