Da hubs on a 88?

I searched and couldnt find any info on this. I have a 88 RT4WD. The recycle yard i goto has many DA's with front suspension intact. I was wondering if its a direct bolt in, ball joint to ball joint. If so what about the axles. I have been reading around that the 88's have a 25 spline count or something like that. what are the outboard spline counts on the axles and if it will fit the teg hubs. I really dont want to have to make hybrid axles. My stock breaks with a 15/16 MC just arnt cutting it with the 15 inch tires im running. I hate down shifting and want to be able to lock the breaks up like i could on my CRX with DA front and 93 si rear disc.

may i just share some of the stuff i did to my 88Rt4WD. i upgraded my front brakes and ended up using a DA knuckles for the front. i dont remember the year i got it from but i didnt had issues with the balljoints and spline since it fit just fine. i thought you would like to know

See I though the outboard would be the same seeing as people use teg brakes in civic with d-series all the time. Thank you for sharing. Now I need to save up for the hubs. MMMM I can see it now. sloted and dimpled rotors, mild brake pads, and steel braided lines. Teeth meet mr dash

im using 95 teg caliper and rotors on DA knuckles for now. i will upgrade to legend twin piston caliper/prleude 11'' rotors in the future if i find a legend gs at the junkyard. just so freakin hard to find one. as for the rear, im goin to use a 2002-2003 ep rear disk (its about 10.3" same as type-y teg) with 95 teg calipers. the hardest part would be the bracket to fab. just my two cents. and good luck on youre upgrade.
