Shorter Shock for our wagon?

Been search around for a way to slam our wagon.
Most answer would be to go with koni yellow for EF with extended top hat.
But what if you on a budget?
This what I found out 86-89 accord front shock is about 1.5 shorter, but you need to mod the fork or use accord fork to make it work.
Now what about rear shock? any body know rear shock that shorter? beside 92-95 civic shock?
