Trailing arm clearance issue

I took my rear trailing arms off to have the wheel bearings and bushings done. I'm trying to bolt it back up and this is what I'm looking at. I feel like the bushing is positioned incorrectly and I'm not able to bolt the toe links in. What do you think?

    The rod that goes through the trailing arm bushing is tapered a specific way. It might be backwards. I want to say the longer end goes inward.

    Disregard got it. Didn't realize how easy the bushing bar? slid through the bushing. Just had to hammer it loose and wiggle it.
