Shifting Problem with AWD wagon

hows it going everybody I'm new to the forum and was wondering what I could do with the shifting problem its real sloppy and sometimes hard to put into a gear in my AWD wagon and don't know what I could do to fix the problem. Just looking for some advice, tips are something

You may need to :
1) Adjust the clutch
2)Adjust the shifter
3)Change the oil(too old,wrong oil was installed or low oil).
