Sites for tires for stretch tires?

I have some jspeed 15x8 25 offset right now im on 195 15 50. I want to find a website that makes tires that are smaller in size? help thanks :D

    Find a 185-45-15 and put it on, should be about right.

    i found some nakang 185 45 15 thanks.. the only thing is that I don't know shops that actually does it

    Any shop should do it, it is not very extreme stretching, but just tell them before that the tire is too narrow :D
