Seat belt/Key "ON" position noise.

I recently purchased a wagon that is not in the greatest of shape, it is a 1990 and has the re-tracking seat belts. So the problem is when the key is in the little clicking noise always clicks no matter what position it is in and it is very annoying and.... When the car is on it clicks away as well, different tone though i think that one is from the seat belts not being buckled up since it has those re-tracking seat belts I would guess...... I tried tracking down the annoying noise but no luck. Does anyone know where the little horn or how I can turn this annoying noise off? I don't have a Wagon Manual on hand so its hard to find where the noise is coming from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

the box that makes the noise is behind the center consil, behind the cigarett lighter and the ash tray area I belive. I had the same problem on one of my wagons and it turned out to be the track for the automatic seatbelts was damaged
  • Sweet thanks man, I'll look for it tomorrow.
  • Thanks again man! Found that stupid little black box and it fixed the problem!
