Alright what a story... Really upsetting and charb if your reading this, please read the whole thing. So this is NOT my first time on this site, my former name was AWDK20a3. (Charb before you hit the ban button) Listen? Under that username I was a member for about 3 years?? Was active on the forum. Well anyways! I really screwed to people on here(NOT INTENTIONALLY!!!!) Cant remember the names off the top of my head but I bought a Yakima roof rack, and some RT rear flaps. Everything was great until I got a message from both, and charb saying that I was trying to screw them, at the time I did not know what was going on, but was told my bank retracted the money from paypal and they both had a negative balance. I was really worried on what was going on, so I called my bank and asked what the hell was going on. They said and I quote "Your wife reversed the funds and your account is on hold for fraudulent activity." I was pissed. Well in the meantime, the two were getting upset because they were short money! SHIT I would be to!! So after 100s, not literaly, like 40, calls later back and forth through my bank, I finally got it settled, and this was over a couple months, (WELLSFARGO!!!) I was already banned by charb because of this and had them both on my ass. (Which I would have done aswell!) So I returned the roof rack, and a week later paid back the guy for the flaps.

The reason I am writting this is to sincerely apologize to the two, cant remember the names for the life of me, and charb for putting you thru that whole fiasco, this was the worst shit I have ever been thru personally. I have not and never will try to screw anyone over, because I know how hard it is to make money, and especially in this economy. So I am sorry Charb, for the shit I put you thru, and for the two I put you through. If you have hard feelings, thats fine, I completely understand! To be honest, im on here almost everyday since I got banned, not as a registered user, but as a guest just reading thru the forum, looking at if mrm3 did anything different, or if pavement is ever gonna be set on a pair of wheels.

So Again Im sorry, and also im sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place, I was going to message you charb, but being a new user, don't have that luxury. But anyways thanks for being an awesome community and hope to build my trust with this forum again!

    I can only think of one member that will be banned for life... and it's not him. It's true we had no problems with him until this fiasco.

    I'm willing to give him a second chance, but since he's made this a public discussion, I will allow the public to vote on it (one week).

    Going off of the feedback thread, he deserves an extended ban. He never refunded the money or flaps to jdmwago666. Also, fortyfive got his items back, but didn't get the shipping charges ($24) or the investigation charge ($20) since he won the claim. So, $50 and mudflaps one way, and $44 another way. That's not a ton of money, but I know I would not be happy about it and it took almost 3 months from October to December to get a result. Plus it was to TWO members of the forum. I think that if he wants to view the forum as a guest, then fine, but no membership. Who knows if it will happen again, I for one will not take that chance.

    If you ask jdmwago666, I did refund him his money. 50 dollars, and the roof rack, idk if the sale thread is still up but I asked 200 ship, and he said yes. I paid him 210 for some shipping. And I sent it back. I am willing to still pay him 20 for the investigation charge, but that should have been waived by PayPal, especially it.being my fault.

    i'd like to se the other 2 memebers that had an issue with him chime in then make my mind up on that if they are even around. but from what ive heard it sounds like u made a genuine mistake it may be im just a push over ill let my buddy rip me off then a simple sorry man fixes it all when i prolly should hate them but thats not me i hate holding grudges....

    I'm with turbo_teg; I'd like to hear what the two other members that were involved have to say before any decision.

    As for me, even if all money was paid back I would probably not want any interaction with this individual.

    If he does get back in he should use his old name. I dont feel to comfortable with him coming in here with a hole new identity, or fresh start.

    I'll wait for him to chime in. It is my opinion and it was going off of the feedback that was left for your old screen name. Under that thread, they never said if they got the money back or the flaps, so I will stand by my statement until they come forward and say that they got their money/items back.

    I do agree that if he is allowed to use the site that it would be under his old screen name.

    Im a noob here, I was not here at this time so Im neutral. But we as a community and all the people here work hard on keeping this web site the best of which it is (THATS WHY HE WANTS BACK IN). So going on the infor provided I agree I want to here the two people that where afected the most. And if for SOME REASON we do decide that he comes back............. He is band from the market for the same amount time that he decided to man up. That's my final answer!!!!!!!!!

    I did in fact pm charb when this got resolved BUT this was the day before the site crashed and wiped out something like 3 months of updates. It took this guy 5 months and a MAJOR headache to get my 50 bucks back. I even offered to receive payments. When I wanted my money back he wanted to give me the item, than when I asked for the item he wanted to pay me my money. Dispite him paying up, the headache and money I lost from 5 months of Internet sales is not worth my vote letting him back in. This is just my opinion. I still have all the emails of what happened. In all honesty, if he had been more involved in what was going on I might have a changed of heart but since his responses took soo long every email I do not agree on letting him back in.

    In all honesty I'm not TRYING to be an ass about this I'm just giving my opinion.

    Understand totally and do agree that this was a major headache for me and you. Was it really 5 months?? If it was im sorry, personally I agree on your decision on not letting me back in, if I put myself in your shoes which I have learned to do because of my past, (personal sh*t) I would feel the same way. When I came on here to write this post, I was not trying to kiss ass, I just wanted the Public, everyone in the community to hear,give my sincere apology for the major headache that I caused. This community doesn't need that kind of crap, but I take 100% blame, even though my wife did it. But it was my fault for the long delay. Honestly I dont want to be in the market, I just want to be able to be part of the forum again. There is no other forum close to this one. Everyone here gets along, (for the most part) and there isn't dumb drama like on honda-tech and other forums.

    But I do respect your decision and again sorry for the headache.

    I can do that. I dont get PMs, I dont have your info anymore, but I can do 20, not just for the vote but also for the headache, I dont want to buy a vote, but just try and regain my trust to have access to the forum.
