New wagon in Marietta/Woodstock area

Hi all!
Im now a new owner and a part of the wagon scene. After many years of modding on my eg hatch, ive always wanted an older civic as a new project DD so after considering replacing my current DD (95 civic coupe), i began to look out for some older, but clean hatchbacks. After searching for a few months, i stumbled across this 89 fwd EX caught my eye. The body is very clean considering the year, but the engine and exhaust needs some TLC. I would love to eventually add AC (looks like it has the plumbing thru the firewall and switch on the dash), so will be searching the existing threads for some write-ups and advice. I have AC components from a 95 coupe so hopefully a majority/all of the components will work. If anyone has any advice, direct links or suggestions, Im all ears. Looking forward to it all!

Your in the right are to own a wagon...
It's not an EX.. They never made one.. They Made- Wagovans, DXs, & RT4WDs..
Anyways, Looks Nice!
Its obviously not a 4wd, maybe its a dx or wagovan. Whats the key features to distinguish between the later 2?
