Just got it done today.. Sounds like a drag car, except VTEC is buzzy as hell, there's really no way to stop that though, just make it quieter.. Oh well..

    I think you need to show how that exhaust really sounds. you were being tooo conservative. It also sounds like you need a new belt.

    Haha, I will. I didn't want to rev too high cause the parents were in bed.. Thats about a 3000-3500 free-rev..

    The alt. belt is brand new, it just needs to be tightened up a little bit, and I haven't had time to do it.

    Ya know, it's actually not loud at all..

    No louder that my Magnaflow was.. It's all about getting the openings outside of the car..

    Even cruising doing 70mph at 4100 RPMs, you can still hear the radio when it's down low, and talk to someone else beside you without raising your voice..

    What tranny are you using? I couldn't get mine over 65mph @ 4200rpm. You are at 4100@70mph.

    B16 tranny, I believe it is the S1, I'd have to look...

    I'm thinking of making a hybrid tranny, with a longer 5th gear, so I can go faster and not rev so high.. 80mph in VTEC is weird..

    I couldn't really tell you, I put it on before I dropped the motor in..

    Overall it's a bad ass engine.. It pulls hard and VTEC is soo fun.. It definitely surprises people.
