Gear ratio difference! Auto vrs manual?

Ok! I have been blessed with lots of auto rt's! But not so many 6 speeds. I need a rear diff for a six speed and wondered if they are the same ratio?

I am pretty sure they are the same, I know of a manual rt with a auto intrac LSD in the back with no issues
