New from Virginia - 1991 Supercharged Wagon

Whats up guys? My name is Chris. I recently bought a 1991 Civic Wagon. Ive wanted one for the longest time and I finally found one! Ive had my fair share of Hondas since I was 16. Started off with a 2001 Prelude, went to a 2003 CR-V, then to a 1993 Original B17 Integra, then got a 2003 Tl-S. Traded that for a 1993 Hatch with Type R swap. I sold the hatch and got the wagon and Im happy with it so far. I found the wagon in Florida and made a spur of the moment trip to pick it up. My dad lives in Florida so that made it a little easier. I spent a few days with him while I was there. Heres some details on the car..
Mileage on the body is unknown. Has an EDM cluster. Motor is a stock D16A6 with about 85k. It is supercharged tuned on 10psi. LHT header back exhaust, Godspeed RS coilovers, 15x7 Kosei K1's with 27 offset, dyed interior, full DA sedan seat swap.. Thats about all the important things. Heres some pictures. Enjoy!

I should have bought this when I had the chance... This is the 3rd owner since the guy (seekerone) who built it..
I hope you take good care of her.. Really Nice Ride and a lot of nice mods.
Here is a older built thread from the second owner/enthusiast:

I am in Harrisonburg. And the lip I believe was custom made by one of the previous owners
Thanks for the links! I read through the thread that was on this site and noticed you were trying to buy it. If I decide to come off this, youll be the first to know. I dont have a problem driving halfway to FL to meet you if it comes to that
The lip looks like it's made from the bottom of another bumper cover, inverted. Neat.
If youre interested in buying the lip Ill sell it to you. Its too big for the bumps and hills we have here in the valley
IF you want the lip PM HIM or post in the MARKETPLACE.
That is exactly what it is.. Previous Owner got a Brand NEW Bumper and used the old one to make a Lip.. Just Inverted it and cut off what he didn't need..
I hope you do enjoy it.. I am definitely jealous!
I'd really appreciate the heads up if you do ever decide to part with it..
REALLY NICE CLEAN & TASTEFUL RIDE
I'm sure you know, but it was WOTM at one time...
I would do that, but since I am a new member I guess I havent "participated" enough to have access to those features. If you would like to grant me access to Messaging and the Marketplace I will gladly post there
I read that in the build thread. Pretty exciting to here that!
The wagon, unfortunately, was neglected a tad bit in its life. Looks like someone had the hatch open and backed into something. Damage to the hatch and the roof. Thats why it is not aligned correctly. There is also a huge leak at the front of the headliner by the windshield. Previous owner did not tell me about the leak when I bought the car and on the way home from picking it up I ran into a rainstorm and got completely soaked. Im trying to narrow it down to the windshield or roof rack. (It leaks through the holes where the sun visors mount on the inside.)
You will get access soon enough. Those that dont like the moderators trolling the forum are more than welcome to take it elsewhere.
shhhhh i sense banhammer is near
1. It was actually Hinge Binding that cause the damage on the rear lip of the roof and hatch.. I believe it was even before seekerone.
2. I think 1991KA8 had the windshield replaced, so the leak may be from the windshield company..
I know both of those guys and they were both Honda Techs, which is how the car got so many nice mods.. and they are both Garage Parkers, and kept it really clean. The last guy traded off a EK b16 car and was out running it at the track since day one. And he didn't do anything but drive it and change the wheels.. I really doubt he kept it as clean too.
Did you give him the $5,000 he was looking for? I felt it was a little steep. But, it is a really nice ride.
LOL, yeah he wasn't easy to work with, which is why you probably ended up with it and not me..
It does great! With the 440 injectors and a slightly heavy foot the gas mileage suffers a bit. But if you stay off the pedel and drive normally I get about 30-32mpg around town
I had been looking at that car for a while on craigslist when I was looking at mine, but the price was too steep for me. Congrats on the purchase!
