rear upper camber adjuster nuts are stripped? help

ok in the fenderwell of the rear wheel where the camber adjuster bolts to the car ( the two bolts) one of my bolts pulled loose the other night while playing in the curves. i took it apart to inspect the issue and the bolt had pulled loose from the threads inside the fenderwell. the whole area there is inclosed and i dont see any other way of getting them out to fix them if anyone has had this problem and has fixed it without cutting the sheet metal out then i could use your help....... i track this car and play in it pretty heavily so nothing that would be unsafe please thanks in advance!

    Cut a lil flap out from behind and get a nut in there to bolt onto.
    Or just drill out the hole and weld in a new nut.
