They are only worth what someone is willing to pay... LOL
But, they really look like ICW 007s, but there is so many similar wheels out there. But, I am pretty sure that is what they are.
I recognized them right away, I have had a few friends with them.

Is there any names? or, them or the center caps? Or on the backside of the wheels?
How are the Tires?
If the tires are junk, then 250-400
If the tires are good, the 400-600
