The Mutekis have already a conic shape for aftermarket wheels but i would know if the stock wagon studs are enough long also with aftermarket wheels

i was told by a wheel manufacture never install steel wheel lug nuts on any alloy wheels.
they have different shapes and can ruin the alloy wheels.
if those are actual magnesium wheel(awesome/very light/soft) be careful the steel wheel lug nut will eventually screw right though them.
muteki are open-ended so it will be fine, just hand do everything-instead of using an impact gun.
my 2cents.

The rule in my country is the wheel nuts must have 7 complete turns onto the stud to be safe/legal.
