engine shot

here is what i've been up to.

ac and powersteering will have to come out. i'll probably switch to a hf manifiold and adapter plate.







okay i was just test fitting the turbo the manifold won't
work the head flange is warped. it also tilts the turbo
back into the radiator and i don't want to buy an eg
half core.

but my engine really is shot. bad rod knock and
overheating. i bought my wagon thinking that it needed
a new motor so i got 8 months of driving it in as a bonus.
maybe the 10 runs on the scca courses had something to
do with it going out or the mountain climbs but oh well. I
will be ordering a jdm sohc zc from hmotorsonline on the
16th.

i have everything disconnected but the driveshaft, shifter
cables, and motor mounts.

what bolts do i take off to
disconnect the driveshaft from the tranny?

    i pm'd u. what mani and turbo is that? do u have a DP that goes with it if so what size? want to possibly do some trading my mani and turbo clear my radiator and u can keep PS too..... iono its just an idea....
