Pedal assembly removal

Clutch brace broke so I am trying to remove my pedal assembly, i have all the bolts against the firewall off, cotter pin and nut removed from the brake and clutch pedal out, but for some reason it still wont move. What else exactly do I need to do to remove the assembly? pictures or links on where I can find more info would be appreciated. I have searched on forums and on the web and have been unable to find anything.

check up top theres 1 or 2 of the heater tubes that are blocking one last bolt its the one people never see. i bet this is whats holding u back. i dont have any pics but trust me its up there.

Yeah I got one behind the tube that comes from under the brake pedal i believe, well I got the nut off but the bolt doesn't come out because another piece of metal is in the way.

it may be a li twisted in there since it did brake.... try going under the hood and pulling the break booster out of the firewall u might need to pry on it. other than that i have no clue.... good luck!

Well its up above the break pedal and above the cotter pin and bolt. I guess I can try and pry the booster away, hopefully that'll help a little. thanks TT. Maybe I can get some pics up and to get some reference

Unbolt the fuse panel, unplug wirng harnesses to get it out of your way. Unplug harnesses that run beneath steering column.
Unbolt the steering column from the dash, leaving only the u-joint attached. lay the column in the floor.
Pull down both of the black HVAC ducts and remove them.

NOW take out the pedal assembly.

Alright, thank you bam-bam, appreciate the help. I'll have to try that when I get home from work.

Thank you for the link, and i believe thats the bolt i got loose but i can't fully take it out because of a piece of metal on the other side that is blocking it. i'll try and take a picture if i can't find a way around it tomorrow. thank you very much for the link once again.

EDIT: Maybe I'm thinking of a different bolt.
