Starting Issues

I have searched and couldn't find anything similar to my problem. First off, when I bought the car, the car wouldn't start after a short drive. The guy said that it had just started doing that to him, maybe 4 times in the past few months. When we test drove the car we drove it around the block for maybe 15 mins and turned it off to look at it, and it started right up after that. My brother was with me, who is a mechanic, and thought that it could be the distributor, so we replaced the distributor and it had been starting perfectly wherever I went. But today when I left work to go get lunch - no start. The car turns over like it is going to start and keeps turning, but doesn't start. I didn't try it many times, but I can see this being an issue later on. The guy I bought it from said that the head on the car is not the original one, its from a newer honda (he doesn't know what year and it was like that when he got it) and it has a higher compression. Hopefully it will start up when I get off work today.

Please let me know what you think it could be.

You didn't search very hard, because this is an extremely common problem with these cars.

    Replace your main relay.
