Band Wagon
Still having a little trouble navigating. Have not spent much time in forums. We have located another 91 wagon and hopefully will be buying it this week end. We will then have an automatic for me and a manual for my wife. This one has had some enhancements. I am not a car guy so I am hoping someone will be able to tell me how they affect the overall performance and the expected life of the car. I am switching from ford escort wagons, which have been a complete disaster to civic wagons in the hope that they will get better gas mileage and not fall apart immediately. This is part of the description.
"1991 - 4wd civic wagon with 207000 on the body.
The car has a zc swap with a z6 head, the bottom end was ported, polished, and rebuilt with new rings, p28 rods, and pistons. The z6 head was also decked, ported, and polished and has a stage 2 cam. It has a stage 2 f1 racing clutch and lightened flywheel. It's running a chipped p28 ecu and a no name short ram intake. All in all, this setup has 2000 miles on it and runs perfectly, already had two oil changes and vtec kicks hard.
The car is lowered on tokico blue struts, maxspeed adjustable coils. Has purple blox lca's, and si sway bar. This setup has an approximate 10000 miles on it. It also has 6000k HID's."
I had not read the rules or very many posts when I first signed up. Just seemed like a good thing to do. Hopefully, I will have more time to spend doing that in the future. Very impressive group. I do not have pictures of either car yet... but I will try to post some soon.
